Our policy
We know that in many places it is difficult to access this information, but at South Costa, we understand that knowing the payment and cancellation conditions clearly before making your reservation is very important to you. We travel too! That's why we provide all the details here, and if you have any questions, write to us on WhatsApp or call us.
1. When I make my reservation, how much do I pay? Can I cancel or modify the dates?:
- PAY ONLY HALF UPFRONT WITH FREE CANCELLATION: To guarantee the reservation, 50% of the total amount is paid. It is paid with a credit card that we will keep as a guarantee until the end of your stay. Don't worry if plans change, cancel for free by notifying us 15 days in advance. With less than 15 days' notice, the deposit is non-refundable, and the total reservation amount will be charged.
--Remaining payment: 15 days before your arrival, we will contact you to inform you how to make the remaining payment (50%)
--Modifications: After your reservation, you will receive an email with all the details for modification and confirmation of the reservation. You can modify your dates at no cost within the free cancellation period as long as there is availability, and by paying any possible price difference.
--No-show policy: For any accommodation, if you do not show up on the date of stay, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
2. Deposit: Will I be charged a deposit upon arrival?
- No deposit is required, but the accommodation must be left in the same condition as it was found, with dishes washed and trash taken out, and the rules respected. Otherwise, South Costa reserves the right to charge the card used to guarantee the reservation.
3. Check-in and check-out times: Can I check out later or check in earlier?
- Check-in: 16:00h
- Check-out: 11:00h
*For your greater independence, guest reception is usually via a security box where keys are provided (in-person depending on the arrival time).
4. Do you have any special requests? Are you arriving at a different time?
- In step 4 of your reservation, you will find a COMMENTS section, use it so we can prepare your travel needs in advance or consider the possibility of a change in arrival time.
5. Extra services:
- Parking is only available for long stays (subject to availability and a supplement). Contact us to arrange it (cannot be booked online).
6. Pets:
- All accommodations that allow pets (see accommodations tab) incur a pet supplement of €10/night. In step 3 of your reservation, you can choose this extra. The maximum number of pets allowed in each accommodation is 2.
7. Rules: What should you keep in mind?
- Smoking is not allowed indoors.
- You must respect quiet hours.
- You cannot hold parties, bachelor parties, or events without prior authorization.
8. Can children stay? Are there extra beds?
- Children under 5 years old can stay for free, as long as they share a bed with their parents.
- We can provide a crib subject to availability for an extra €10/night. The maximum number of cribs in each accommodation is 1.
- Children over 5 years old count as adults and therefore in the total number of places.
